Modification for better sound quality; disassemble the unit, and drill a 0.6 mm hole in the center of the electret mic holder. This mod gives a better sensitivity of the mic, and a clearer audio. As original, the mic element is only connected via a narrow "channel" ending up in the speaker area. NOTE, this mod results in a derated moist resistance!
